Art and archeological crimes committed by their peers seem immune from their scrutiny. <br /><br />Many such persons have abandoned political ambition or resigned in disgrace over a mistress or an illegal domestic. I did attend the workshop, with your last paragraph articulating many of the reasons why. Perhaps money will go from LLF to fund museums publishing excavated material they have held for a long time. There are many circumstances under which that would be a good thing so I hope it comes to pass. And I would definitely help if asked. Or perhaps the money will not be forthcoming.
